Windshield Sun Shades Are Mostly About Fit
A foldable windshield shade can make parking in sun less miserable, but fit and storage matter more than dramatic cooling claims.

Windshield shades are sold with dramatic heat claims. The practical version is simpler: block direct sun from the dashboard, steering wheel and front seats so the car is less unpleasant when you return.
The product either fits and gets used, or folds badly and lives in the rear footwell.

What to check
Measure width and height, look at mirror/sensor cutouts, and choose the folding style you will tolerate daily. A slightly less compact shade that deploys easily may beat a clever one that needs origami in a hot car.
